2000 Ocean · Oceanfront Residence in Hallandale Beach
We shot real estate photography and real estate video at 2000 Ocean in Hallandale Beach — a 38-story tower with only 64 residences, designed by TEN Arquitectos. Each home faces the ocean on one side and the Intracoastal on the other, with 10-foot terraces.
This unit has floor-to-ceiling glass, Minotti and Boffi interiors, and Gaggenau appliances. We shot it across the full day: ocean-facing rooms at dawn, west-facing terraces at sunset. The real estate videography was paced slow and deliberate, to match the building.
Deliverables: cinematic real estate video, full architectural photo set, and a social media reel.
