We deliver HDR photos the next day, editorial photography within 2-3 business days, and video between 3-5 business days depending on the exact project.

Yes, you get a round of revision for every video. If something needs adjusting we'll make it right, until you're happy with the final piece.

The edited videos are the main product, so the footage itself isn't part of our standard delivery. That said, if you need it, we're happy to prepare a content library for you. We'll process the footage first, so you're able to use it, then we'll share the whole library with you.

Raw footage is always charged separately, on top of the project. It is never included in a package or a standard delivery. Once we know how much footage is involved we'll quote it for you.

What you're buying is a license to use the media to market your own listing or project, and that covers everything you'd normally need. You can post it on social, put it on your website or the MLS, use it in presentations, all of that. What it doesn't cover is handing the files off to other parties or reselling them. If you ever need something outside of that, just let us know and we can work out the licensing.

Our reels are built Instagram-first, but you can post them on any short-form platform you like. The only thing to keep in mind is the music, licensing works a little differently from platform to platform. So if you know you'll be posting on TikTok or YouTube too, just let me know ahead of time and we'll pick music that's cleared for all of them, so you don't run into any copyright issues later.

We don't take on standalone edits, and that really comes down to quality. We only edit projects that we filmed ourselves. If we're already working together on a project and you need an extra edit of our own footage, that's something we handle case by case.

That's no problem at all, photography on its own is something we do all the time. Can I ask though, is there a reason we're skipping video on this one? It's usually the piece that separates you from the other agents.

No problem, and honestly that's the perfect time for this. Most agents come to us for a listing, but the stretch between listings is actually the best time to build your personal brand, because that's what brings the next listings in. We'd create content that markets you instead of a property. Want me to walk you through how that works?

Fair question, and honestly I'd be skeptical of anyone who promised you a specific result, a sale depends on price, the market, timing. What I can promise is the property gets presented at the highest level, put in front of far more people, and that you stand out as the agent behind it. We've had videos take off and bring agents new business directly. The marketing is the part we control, and we make sure it's excellent.
