Estates need a different structure
A five thousand square foot house can be covered properly in a single well-planned day. A Windermere estate frequently cannot. There is more house than a standard shoot can absorb, and the parts that matter most, the water approach, the guest house, the dock, the grounds, are the parts a rushed schedule drops first.
This is the market where day-to-night filming earns its cost. We shoot specific frames in daylight, return and repeat them exactly after dark, and transition between them in the edit. On a lakefront estate with serious exterior lighting, that single technique does more for the property than any amount of additional coverage.
Aerial work matters more here than almost anywhere in Central Florida, because the relationship between the house and the water is the story. That means flying the approach from over the lake, not just orbiting the roofline.
