Take care of the steps below prior to our arrival to maximize the marketing potential of your home.

Lighting

✓ Turn on all interior and exterior lights
✓ Replace any burnt-out bulbs
✓ Turn off all ceiling fans
✓ Open all blinds and curtains
✓ Turn on any water or fire features

Declutter & Depersonalize

✓ Remove personal items
✓ Clear countertops, tables, and nightstands
✓ Hide trash bins, laundry baskets, pet items
✓ Hide cords, remotes, chargers, smart devices
✓ Hide bathroom items, toothbrushes, soaps

Clean & Style

✓ Wipe mirrors, windows, and appliances
✓ Sweep, mop, or vacuum floors
✓ Neatly fold towels in bathrooms
✓ Fluff pillows and neatly arrange cushions and throws

Exterior Check

✓ Remove all cars from driveway and front of home
✓ Close garage doors
✓ Hide trash bins, garden hoses, tools, "For Sale" signs
✓ Clean patios and outdoor furniture
✓ Remove pool covers, toys, and equipment
✓ Mow lawn, sweep pathways, and tidy landscaping

Day of Shoot

✓ No people or pets on-site unless scheduled to be on camera
✓ Ensure contractors, cleaners, or landscapers finish before arrival
✓ Home should be clean, quiet, and fully prepared
✓ Please be on time and camera-ready if participating
