What separates a property film from a tour video
Most listing video is a walkthrough. A camera moves through rooms in the order the floor plan happens to put them, and the result documents a house without saying anything about it.
We shoot the property the way the architecture asks to be shot. That means deciding which rooms carry the house, which light they need, and what order a viewer should meet them in. It means going back to a space at a different hour because the first attempt was merely accurate.
The practical difference shows up in how long people watch. A film that builds holds attention to the end. A walkthrough gets scrubbed.
